Purchasing a Puppy and What to Expect

breeding dogs.

We do not offer
stud service.

All puppies are
sold only as pets.

Record of
vaccines.

Registries include
MASCA and NSDR.

Purchase contract
signed by buyer & seller.

If puppy is being
shipped via airline the he or she must be at least 10 weeks old.

Sellers (Our)
responsibilities include :

Health guarantee
which states that if your puppy is diagnosed with any contagious disease within
7 days of you receiving your new puppy then you the buyer are entitled to a full
refund, not including original shipping charges. If this would occur, I must be
contacted immediately. If the problem is minor and treatable and you choose to
keep the puppy then I must be contacted prior to buyer making any financial
commitment to treat the puppy on my behalf.

The above
guarantee does not include parasite detecting. Parasite and protazoa control is
ongoing with all dogs and puppies. Your dog or puppy has been treated properly
with worming medications however it is not unusual for a puppy to still have some
degree of parasites.

A 2 year health
guarantee against any life threatening genetic defect or disease including hip
dyspasia (not injury induced) and eye problems.. If this would occur, I must be
given medical documentation in writing by 2 unaffiliated Veterinarians.. In that
event, you the buyer are entitled to a replacement puppy once the original puppy
has been returned to me. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return
original puppy to me and I will be responsible for shipping costs in shipping
replacement puppy.

We reserve the
right to refuse a sale to anyone for any reason.

The buyers (your)
responsibilities:

Buyer must have
this puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 3 days of receiving this puppy.
Failure to do this VOIDS ALL above health guarantees. If during this
examination, a licensed Veterinarian determines that this puppy is unfit for
purchase then you the buyer will be given a full refund of the purchase price of
puppy( not including original shipping costs), however I will pay shipping costs
to have puppy returned to me.

Your new puppy
must be microchipped within 10 days of receiving him or her. Or if you choose,
that can be done prior to you receiving your new puppy. The charge to you if
done prior is $50.00.

The buyer must
agree that any puppy or dog purchased from MakeMineaMini will Never be permitted
to run at large and will Never be placed in a dog pound or animal shelter.We
realize circumstances in a persons may change, i.e. sickness, etc...In that
event,we will help locate a home for your dog or take the dog back if necessary.
No questions asked. However no money will be refunded

The buyer must
agree that this dog or puppy will not be tethered for any reason. Not to a tree
or outside stake. Dogs can hang themselves or choke to death if they are
tethered.

You must agree to
provide this puppy with the best possible nutritional and veterinary care.
